The psychology of inner perceptions is a new branch of psychology that has roots in Chinese culture and particularly in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
The orientation of perception is what differentiates this new approach from existing methodologies in the various branches of psychology.
Inner perceptions refer to a view of the world that occurs when we shift the focus of the mind from the outside in.
This book merges TCM and Holistic theory and it explores the relationship between three essential aspects that are prominent in both disciplines: Qi, the physical body, and Shen . The central theme is the relationship between the heart and Shen and how they influence our body.
