However, it is important to keep in mind that each workshop is unique, and sometimes the level may be more advanced. Even so, it is still the best way to approach the method and explore its transformative potential.

Then you know that the Workshops are a great opportunity to deepen your practice and continue to improve yourself!
The content of the Workshop changes from time to time based on what the teacher FEELS from the people present at the live zoom. It is mainly an experiential class, little theory and lots of practice.
The topic can be between clearing blocked emotions, training the state of presence (Shen practice), group Healing, deep relaxation of the mind.
The Qi Field is always STRONG and helps you get best results and go deeper, whether it’s about your health, practice or mind state (we all know the power of th Qifield)

This course offers you the possibility to learn step by step this wonderful method so that you can use it whenever you need it.
There will be parts of theory…
you will learn what Shen is, the secrets of feeling the heart, how to adjust what is not functional in your character, learn how to be present, perceive the body and mind, it’s relationship with the Tradicional Chinese Medicine and first and foremost how to cleanse yourself of old emotions hidden in your heart (as you will learn in the course, all of our emotions are recorded in the heart!).
Blocked emotions, as has now been amply demonstrated by so many researchers, can lead to both behavioral, emotional and health imbalances.
Many health issues, in fact, originate precisely from blocked emotions and an uninhabited body. Shen (a part of our mind) needs to come home and inhabit the heart.
And parts of practice…
Everything you learn will be put into practice. We will do a lot of practice and in-depth!
The Qi(energy) field that is formed is very strong and is supported by the Teacher. Although the course is online, he accompany all participants and guides them in what they need most!

The professional training on Inner Perceptions is BACK
Teacher Zhen offers professional training for those who wish to apply this method of healing and rebalancing in others: patients, friends, family or anyone in need. His dream is that this knowledge could reach everyone and that more and more people can transform their lives through this method.
You will study about Yiyuanti, Holism Theory, Heart and perceiving the Heart, Shen and it’s practice and applications, how to clear emotiond, how to settle the character, and personality problems, train how to sense others and the applicatione of IP in different fields.
It will be hold online for a total of 100 hours (including homework and self practice), from APRIL to OCTOBER 2026.
It will be translated in different lanuages.
